Email belongs to the project, not to an inbox
The order for the worktop is in the fitter's email. The customer's question about the kitchen island is in the director's inbox. Whoever at the office wants to know something first has to ask who has it. The email integration puts your email in the Slimsync environment, per customer and per project.
Open a project and, next to the documents, the planning and the invoices, you also see the emails that went about it. In the office and on the road, for everyone who has the permissions.

Synci reads along and prepares the answer
Synci is the AI colleague in your software. With Synci at the email integration he reads along with what comes in and sets up a draft answer. You read it, adjust it and send. Synci drafts and only sends on his own if you switch that on.
Synci never sees more than the logged-in employee may see. Email you are not allowed to see, Synci cannot see for you either.
From enquiry to project, without retyping
If an enquiry comes in through your website, it is in the system as a new enquiry, with a draft answer from Synci. You call or email the customer; the enquiry itself you do not have to retype.

Does Synci send emails himself?
Synci drafts. He only sends on his own if you switch that on; by default you send.
Can everyone see all email?
No. You set per employee what he may see. Synci keeps to the same permissions and never sees more than the logged-in employee.
Do I need Synci for the email integration?
No. The email integration puts your email at customers and projects. You choose Synci separately, with his own price per month and one-off; with Synci added you also get the draft answers.
Do my invoices also go through the email integration?
With Invoicing you send your invoices from Invoices. If you also have the Email integration, everything goes out from the invoice through your own email.
Does it work together with planning and invoicing?
Yes. Email, planning and invoices sit at the same project in the same Slimsync environment, so at a project you also see the emails that went about it.
