Invoicing software: instalments and extra work from the project.

Instalment 1 at the order, instalment 2 at delivery, and the extra work on the cabinet wall in between. All from the project, linked to your accounting package.

Invoicing from the project

You invoice a project in instalments: a part at the order, a part during the work, the rest at handover. Those instalments are in invoicing at the project, with the status per invoice: draft, sent or paid. You see in one list what is still open and whose move it is.

If an invoice is sent, it is the customer's move, just like with a quote. If it is paid, that is shown and everyone sees it. So the team also knows whether the next instalment can go out.

  • Instalment invoices per project, with percentage and status
  • Extra work as a separate invoice, from the same project
  • Sent, paid or still a draft: at a glance
  • Linked to your accounting package

Extra work that no longer disappears

The extra cabinet wall, the added drawer, the socket that was quickly included: extra work is agreed with the customer and forgotten at the office. In the Slimsync environment extra work sits at the project, next to the instalments. It becomes an invoice of its own, with its own amount, and it stays in the same list until it is sent and paid.

Linked to your accounting

An invoice you send in Slimsync does not have to be entered in your accounting again. Invoicing links to your accounting package, without retyping.

Everything at the project

Invoicing is the final piece of the project. Instalments and extra work sit at the same job as the documents, the email and the planning, so afterwards you see in one overview what has been invoiced and what is still open.

Questions about invoicing.

Which accounting package does invoicing link to?

Invoicing links to your accounting package, without retyping. Which link fits you, we discuss in the first conversation; after that it is in your blueprint.

Can I set instalments as a percentage?

Yes. An instalment sits at the project with its percentage, for example 30% at the order and 40% at delivery.

How do I send an invoice?

With Invoicing you send your invoices from Invoices. If you also have the Email integration, everything goes out from the invoice through your own email.

Do I need planning or the email integration for invoicing?

No. Invoicing is a separate module on top of the Slimsync environment. The invoices sit at the project, like the documents and the email.

Does Synci send invoices himself?

Only if you switch that on. By default Synci sets up an invoice and you send.

Ready to win back time?

Configure your software or request a quote right away. A conversation costs nothing, and afterwards you know where you stand.
