In the week planning every team is on a row, Monday to Friday, with the work they do. Your own work is blue, a moment with the customer, such as a handover, is mint, and a subcontractor is grey. So you see at a glance who is where and where there is still room.

Your tradespeople are already in the system
The planning starts with your people. In the base of the Slimsync environment all your tradespeople are in one place, with their details. You put teams together from them, and you schedule those. You add a new employee once; after that he is everywhere he belongs.
You schedule subcontractors the same way as your own teams. Tuesday's fitter and Friday's floor layer are simply in the week, so nobody forgets them and the team knows who is coming.
Planning at the project
The work in the planning comes from your projects. Open the project and you see the team's week next to the documents and the appointments with the customer. If something about the project changes, the planning knows it too.

Does the team see the planning on the phone?
Yes. The planning is shared with the team and works on phone and PC. Everyone looks at the same week.
Can I schedule subcontractors?
Yes. Subcontractors are in the same week planning as your own teams, in their own colour, so you do not forget them.
Do I need the email integration or invoicing for planning?
No. Planning is a separate module on top of the Slimsync environment. You can always add something later.
Does Synci change the planning himself?
No. Synci suggests what you can move and you say yes or no. Synci only carries something through himself if you switch that on.
