Quote software: your quotes in your own house style.
Every quote in your own house style, and you send it straight from the app. The quote sits at the enquiry in your pipeline and later at the project.
The form is in Dutch.
Every quote in your own house style
A quote is often the first thing a customer gets from your company. With Quotes every quote looks like your company: your own house style, the same every time, without having to think about it per quote. You fill in what you offer and for what amount; the layout is fixed.
So nobody at the office has to look up an earlier quote to find the right layout. Today's quote looks just like last month's, and the customer recognises your company at once.
- Your own house style, the same every time
- Send from the app
- At the enquiry in your pipeline, later at the project
- Draft or sent: you see the status
Send from the app
You send the quote straight from the app. After that it is the customer's move, and you see that in the same list where the quote started as a draft. So everyone at the office knows which quotes are still open and whose move it is.
From enquiry to quote to project
An enquiry starts in the Slimsync environment as a lead, in a pipeline from new to won. The quote belongs to that lead. If it becomes a job, the quote is in the project's file, next to the drawings and the agreements with the customer. So you never have to look for it again.
Questions about quotes.
Can I use my own house style?
Yes, always. Every quote you send from Slimsync is in your own house style, so the customer sees straight away who it comes from.
How do I send a quote?
Straight from the app. The quote sits at the enquiry in your pipeline, and after sending it is the customer's move.
Do I need planning or invoicing for quotes?
No. Quotes is a separate module on top of the Slimsync environment. You can always add something later.
What does Quotes cost?
€65 per month, on a 24-month term, and €450 one-off for setting it up, on top of the base. Amounts exclude VAT.
Does Synci send quotes himself?
Only if you switch that on. Synci prepares, you decide.
