Every Synci only sends on his own if you switch that on, and never sees more than the logged-in employee. AI usage is added according to the terms, unless your quote says otherwise.

- Contract term
- You choose 24 or 12 months, at the top of this page or in the configurator. On a 24-month term the monthly prices apply as shown; on a 12-month term all monthly prices are 10% higher, rounded to whole euros. The one-off amounts stay the same. You choose one term for the whole quote. (articles 4.5 and 13.1)
- Cancelling
- You can cancel as at the end of the term, with one calendar month's notice. If you do not cancel, it continues for an indefinite period and you can cancel every month, also with one calendar month's notice. (article 13.3)
- Stopping early
- Cancelling early is possible with a notice period of two calendar months, against a fee for early termination. (article 13.5)
- VAT
- All amounts are in euros and exclude VAT. (article 10.1)
- The one-off amount
- The one-off amount is for building and setting up your software. Slimsync invoices it when the quote is accepted, unless the quote names another split, such as per phase. (article 11.1)
- More or less later
- Adding modules is always possible; the new monthly amount applies from the first day of the next month and the term does not change. Removing modules is possible as at the end of the term, with one calendar month's notice. (articles 13.12 and 13.13)
- Always included
- The base includes hosting, a back-up every night, updates and support. How fast we respond, how long we keep back-ups and what we agree about availability is in the SLA with your quote. (articles 14.3 and 19.10)
- Usage
- Usage costs, such as Synci's use of AI models, are charged to you, unless the quote says they are in the monthly amount. So it is in your quote. (article 18.1)

What is in the base?
Your own Slimsync environment with Today, Chat, To-do, Leads, Customers, Projects, Leave, Candidates, Tradespeople, on the phone and the PC (also on the road), with a server of your own (the Minigraver), hosting, nightly back-ups, updates and support.
Which server size do I need?
That depends on how many people work in Slimsync: the Minigraver up to and including 10 employees, Graafmachine 11 up to and including 30 employees, Torenkraan more than 30 employees. In the configurator you enter the number and see the size that fits; choosing another is always allowed. A bigger server only costs more per month, not one-off.
What does Synci cost?
Synci comes in three variants, on top of the base: Synci Junior for €299 per month and €799 one-off, Synci for €699 per month and €1,499 one-off, Super Synci for €1,499 per month and €2,099 one-off. On a 24-month term, excluding VAT. AI usage is added according to the terms, unless your quote says otherwise.
What is the difference between Synci Junior, Synci and Super Synci?
Every step does more. Synci Junior helps you with email (sets up answers) and with the planning (suggests what you can move). Synci can do everything within the software: email, planning, quotes, invoices for extra work, and he answers your questions about what is open. Super Synci does everything Synci does, and more: he is trained in your company on tasks that are still done by hand, or that could be faster and easier, and carries out whole tasks from start to finish; you decide which. Every Synci only sends on his own if you switch that on.
Can I take a module or Synci without the base?
Not as standard: everything runs on the Slimsync environment. A module or Synci without the base is custom work, with a price on request. Give us a call or an email.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. You add a module whenever you want. The monthly amount then goes up by the price of that module, and the one-off amount is for setting it up.
Why one-off and per month?
The one-off amount is for building and setting up your software the way you work. The monthly amount covers hosting, back-ups, updates and support.
How fast is it up and running?
After the first conversation you get a blueprint. It also says when your software goes live.
Where is the first conversation?
Wherever you want: at your office (we come to you within 50 km), at ours with a pot of coffee, or online. The conversation takes an hour and is free.
Do I have to throw out my current programs?
No. We build it to fit what you already use, and we move your data over from what you no longer need. Invoicing links to your accounting package, without retyping.
How long am I tied in?
You choose 24 or 12 months; on a 12-month term the monthly prices are 10% higher. You cancel as at the end of the term, with one calendar month's notice. After that it continues and you can cancel every month (article 13 of the general terms and conditions).
What do I get with the quote?
With every quote you get our general terms and conditions. If the quote names an SLA, it comes with it; if we process personal data for you, so does the data processing agreement.
Can I try Slimsync first?
Yes. You get a demo of Slimsync with example data, free for 30 days, to try out at your leisure. After 30 days it stops by itself and we get in touch. No strings attached. Request the demo through the contact form, with the subject “Try it free for 30 days”.
Is my data safe?
We make a back-up every night. How long we keep it is in your SLA. Synci never sees more than the logged-in employee may see.
